<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />In considering the responsibility of each bidder for the purchase of goods and <br />services or a contract for the construction of work of public improvements, the <br />Town may consider the following: after purchase costs, including but not limited <br />to warranties, the availability and cost of service, transportation costs, if applicable <br />for delivery of goods to Meeker, if not included in the bid price; the contractor's <br />ability to acquire bid, payment and performance bonds; the contractor's ability to <br />obtain and maintain in good standing during the project construction it liability or <br />professional errors and omissions insurance coverage and limits of such <br />coverage. The request for price proposal of public works improvement contracts <br />shall also include three (3) references for construction projects of similar scope, <br />scale and cost upon which the contractor was employed. The information to be <br />provided regarding the references shall be; the municipality or other entity for <br />which the work was performed and completed, the nature of the construction <br />project, the contract price, year and date when the work was performed and any <br />other information pertinent to the construction project as determined by the Town <br />Administrator or Town Board. <br /> <br /> <br />Furthermore, when determining the responsibility of such bidder, the Board of <br />Trustees may consider any and all of the bidder's past performance or <br />transactions with the Town, if any. <br /> <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The Owner shall have the right to accept or reject any individual Bid Items on the <br />Bid Schedule and to adjust the Total Bid Price accordingly. <br />
