<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br />Authorized Signature <br /> <br />A mylar reproducible of the approved Final Drainage Plan shall be <br />submitted to the City for signature and retention in their files. <br />A copy of the approved plan shall be returned to the applicant. <br /> <br />2.5 Construction Plans <br /> <br />Where drainage improvements are to be constructed, the final <br />construction plans (24" x 36") shall be submitted with the Final <br />Drainage Report. Two (2) sets of the construction plans shall be <br />submitted for review and comment. Upon completion of review, one <br />set shall be returned to the originator for changes. After the <br />changes have been made, the original set, one set of reproducible <br />plans and four additional sets of plans shall be submitted for <br />final approval and acceptance. The original set shall be signed <br />and returned to the originator. Approval of the construction <br />plans by the City is a condition of the City for issuing all <br />construction permits, except for the grading permit which may be <br />issued prior to approval of the construction plans. <br /> <br />Should circumstance warrant changes from the approved plans or <br />specifications, a written approval must be obtained from the <br />Department of Public Works. copies shall be given to the <br />contractor and the developer. Project as built record drawings <br />which record changes in construction are the Developer/Owners <br />responsibility. These record drawings shall consist of detailed <br />drawings which have been prepared by the Developer/Owner's Design <br />Engineer, upon completion and at the time of the certificate of <br />completion, and show actual construction and contain field <br />dimensions, elevations, details, changes made to the construction <br />drawings by modification, details which were not included on the <br />construction drawings, and horizontal and vertical locations of <br />underground utilities which have been impacted by the utility <br />installation. <br /> <br />The plans for the drainage improvements shall include: <br /> <br />1. General Details: <br /> <br />a. Title Block (lower right hand corner preferred) <br />b. Scale <br />c. Date and Revisions Block <br />d. Name of Professional Engineer and Firm <br />e.
