Westminster has given the required assuranceSj <br /> <br />therefore, the outflow from the emergency spillway has been set at 1,043 cfs. <br /> <br />Thus, the combIned total outflow from Standley Lake durinQ the 100-year flood <br /> <br />event Is 1,043 cfs plus 430 cfs or about 1,470 cfs. <br /> <br />Ketner Reservoir <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements to the dam, spillway, and outlet works at Ketner Reservoir have <br /> <br /> <br />recently been completed. The dam Is now considered to be a flood control faclllty <br /> <br /> <br />and with these completed Improvements, the routed peak outflow rate Is 4 cfs. <br /> <br />Final Discharge Upstream of the C&S Railroad <br />As Indicated above, the peak discharge rate Just upstream of the C&S Ratl road used <br />
