T~e <br />proposed plan extends upstream of the 4th Street Br~dge <br />:Station 28+80). <br /> <br />.;.1 Descriptions of Riaht (Nc~rth) Bank Levees <br /> <br />4th Street to 6th Street - (Stations 28+80 to 36~40) <br /> <br />This section lies between the 4th Street Bridge and the <br />:~irst section of new Bureau of Reclamation levee. ~he <br />majority of the section can be protected through the <br />c:onstruction of a new levee. One portion, however, will <br />~~equire construc~ion of a concrete ~looa wall because there <br />:Ls not enough room between the ~iver and two ex~sting houses <br />::or a levee. <br /> <br />Stations 28+80 to 34+10 - 530 feet of new levee <br />construction. Of the 530 feet, apprOXimately 240 feet <br />would be about 2 feet high, while approximate:y 290 <br />feet would need to be abo~t 6 feet high.
