<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Following a review by the AG's Office and CWCB staff for Agenda Item 4.c., a <br />recommendation is as follows: <br /> <br />Approve the easement request from the Air Life Division of Health One for the <br />construction of the "The Air Life Platte River Memorial Park" and waive the standard fee <br />considerations for easements granted by the Colorado Water Conservation Board for <br />lands within the South Platte River Channel Improvement Project right-of-way (ROW). <br />This waiver will be exclusively for the granted 40' x 140' area as delineated on Exhibit <br />A.
