"I would like to report also that it
was agreed to .continue under the name of
the 'Water Congress' .

"You have all heard the motion for the
adoption of this resolution. All those
in favor signify by saying 'aye'; opposed
the same."

The motion was carried unanimously.

MR. GILDERLSEEVE: "There was one matter mentioned in
the letter of notice of the Board meet-
ing and that was that Mr. Sparks sug-
gested the Board might authorize me to
approve payment of expenses of the Board
members in attending the Water Congress
along with those of the Board meeting."

MR. MOSES: "I think we will need a motion to
cover this."

MR. W. M. WILLIAMS: "I so move."

MR. BURR: "r second the motion."

The motion was unanimously passed.

MR. GILDERSLEEVE: "A motion was made at the last meet-
ing for the Board to transmit a resolu-
tion, based on the resolution received
from the Northern Colorado Water Conser-
vancy District, to the Bureau of Recla-
mation to make further investigations
on channel storage on the South Platte.

We need that resolution in order to
transmit it to the Bureau."
