<br />~u. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Sparks explained what work had been done by <br />the engineering and legal committees on this act and said it <br />was agreed that Colorado was going to have to ask for some <br />amendments on it. There has been substantial agreement <br />reached between the people in the southwestern part of Colo- <br />rado and he believed they would have a concrete proposal to <br />present to the Board at its next meeting. <br /> <br />MR. MOSES: "The next item on the agenda are the <br />resolutions to Mr. Ivan C. Crawford and <br />Mr. R. J. Tipton on their resignations <br />and to Mrs. Dan Hunter on the death of <br />her husband." <br /> <br />MR. GILDERSLEEVE: "We have three resolutions prepared <br />by Mr. Sparks. We note that you have served this Board continuously <br />as its Consulting Engineer since August 24, 1937.
