This existing
diversion structure was damaged during the flood of 1995 and was entirely washed out in 1997. The proposed
project is to construct a new diversion structure along the Bravo Ditch, therefore eliminating the need for the
existing structure, and then construct approximately l050 1.f. of 24" pipeline to transport the flow from the
Bravo Ditch back to Peoples Ditch. Bravo Ditch has agreed to allow People Ditch to convey their decree flows
through their ditch system and then divert it back to the existing People Ditch by means of the new diversion
structure. The project is tentatively scheduled to commence construction in February of2001.

4.
