Action: A motion was made by Greg Walcher with a second by Carolyn McIntosh
regarding item 6i Arapahoe Roosevelt National Forest Service Management
Plan, directing legal counsel to verbally notify the National Forest Service
followed by a written notification and eventually legal action if necessary, that
the State views the Forest Service's action as a blatant violation of the
Administrative Procedures A~t as well as the National Environmental Policy
Act, and that the Forest Service must withdraw it's proposal, and ifit seeks to
amend the Forest ManagemeIj.t Plan that it do so in a correct and legal manner.
Approved 10-0.
