A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was Dan McAulIffe
convened at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Deputy Director
Denver, Colorado on November 25, 2002. The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Don Schwindt. Ten voting members were present at the call to order so a quorum was
present (at least six required). Voting Board members present were Chairman Don
Schwindt, David Smith, Bob Burr, Greg Hoskin, Keith Catlin, Ray Wright, Vice Chairman
Eric Wilkinson, Harold Miskel, Carolyn McIntosh, and DNR Director Greg Walcher. Ex._ ~
Officio members present or represented were CWCB Director Rod Kuharich, Deputy State (Jt.t!eJp-J
Engineer Will Burt representing the State Engineer, and Deputy Attorney General Felicity <::::
Hannay representing the Attorney General. Also present were CWCB Deputy Director Dan
McAuliffe and First Assistant Attorney General Linda Bassi.

Action: A motion was made by Carolyn McIntosh and seconded by Eric Wilkinson to
amend the Agenda and allow action on Item #1 Ob Chatfield Reservoir Issues
and remove the "For Discussion Only". Agenda was accepted with this
change. Approved 8-2. Ray Wright and Greg Walcher voted nay.
