<br />22, The reservoirs into which BAR. Cattle Credit Water may be exchanged are
<br />located as follows:
<br />
<br />Rio Grande Reservoir: Sections 5, 6, 7, 8,9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Township 40
<br />North, Range 4 West, and Sections 31 and 32, Township 41 North, Range 4 West,
<br />N.MP.M., Hinsdale County. Rio Grande Reservoir collects water from the Rio
<br />Grande River and its tributaries, with a capacity of approximately 51,113 acre-feet.

<br />Santa Maria Reservoir: Sections 16, 21,22,27 and 28, Township 41 North, Range
<br />2 West, N.M,P.M" Mineral County, Santa Maria Reservoir collects water from North
<br />Clear Creek, Bennett Creek and Boulder Creek. Its inlet ditch is located on the west
<br />,or right bank of North Clear Creek, approximately 5398,1 feetfrom the SE cornerof
<br />Section 1, Township 41 North, Range 3 West, N,M.P.M., with a capacity of .
<br />approximately 37,524 acre-feet.

<br />Continental Reservoir: Sections 21,28 and 29, Township 42 North, Range 3 West,
<br />N,M.P.M., Hinsdale County. Continental Reservoir impounds water from North
<br />Clear Creek, with a capacity of approximately 26,716 acre-feet.

<br />23. The Applicant currently has a storage agreement with the Irrigation District,
<br />owner of Rio Grande Reservoir, which provides for the storage of BAR. Cattle Credit
<br />Water by exchange and for the storage and release of sufficient quantities of water
<br />necessary to meet the requirements of this Plan for Augmentation and the Applicant's
<br />Augmentation Program.

<br />24, The Applicant's current agreement with the Irrigation District specifies that if
<br />n---water-musrLre-spillectfrom-Ri0-(3rande~eservoir; -the-J rrigation - 8istrict -may-exchange
<br />Applicant's stored water into Santa Maria or Continental Reservoirs, pursuant to a separate
<br />right of exchange between the Reservoirs decreed in Case No. 90CW42. If such an
<br />exchange ;s not possible, the Irrigation District will spill its water before spilling the
<br />Applicant's water in storage, Also pursuant to that agreement, the Irrigation District may
<br />dedicate some of its water in storage to the Applicant for use as augmentation water when
<br />Applicant has insufficient water. In such a case, the Irrigation District's water will be used
<br />
