Bldg., <br />Denver 2, Colorado <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Sparks: <br /> <br />The Board of Directors of the Southeastern Colo- <br />rado Water Conservancy District have voted to submit to your <br />Board the name of Mr. Harold Christy, of Pueblo, Colorado, <br />to be appointed to serve as alternate to Mr. J. Sid Nichols <br />of Colorado Springs on the Colorado Water Investigation Com- <br />mission. Your consideration and approval of this matter would <br />certainly be appreciated. <br /> <br />I would again like to ask if it is possible to be <br />placed on the mailing list 'for copies of the minutes of the <br />meetings of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. The S. E. <br />Colo.
