In that way I think we would avoid a great deal of con- troversy. Then after that report was done apparently it didn't have general acceptance as being correct and all that sort of thing. Perhaps specific area matters about which you speak Larry, weren't detailed in that respect and perhaps that was the source of the con- troversy over the Hill report. I think it is worthwhile to spend the money to get the kind of people who would work on it, not only from that area but other areas where it would be given general accept- ance, so they can't say that is a report strictly prepared for the San Juan Basin and designed to primarily benefit their interests. This has got to be objective and it has to have acceptance when it is done or we are wasting our time. I think it is worth while to get enough consulting people to go over the facts and see that the information is correct so that it will have general accept- ance."
