I have also redrafted the Rules <br />and Regulations to incorporate changes suggested at the May 29, <br />1992 meeting. Both documents are attached in draft form. <br /> <br />Basis and Purpose <br /> <br />The Basis and Purpose statement has a preamble and goals <br />section at the beginning, then each section of the Rules and <br />Regulations is briefly explained or expanded upon. <br /> <br />Draft 8 of Rules and Regulations <br />The changes made on this draft are as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1 -- no change <br />Section 2 - no change <br />Section 3 -- remove reference to 37-60-107 as rule making <br />authority. <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />
