This signifies <br />the split of absolutes and conditionals into separate sections. <br /> <br />6.20 -- Public review changes were same as those made in <br />Section 5 public review sections. <br /> <br />NOTE -- I did not believe a consensus was reached to apply <br />stacking or operational limits contained in the conditional <br />section to absolutes. <br /> <br />Section 7 <br /> <br />7.00 -- This is the old section 6.20.
