Arkansas valley drainage study - appropriation. <br />(1) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, <br />out of any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction <br />fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation <br />board, for the fiscal vear beginning Julv 1. 2005. the sum of one hundred <br />thousand dollars ($100,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for <br />the board to participate in a study of drainage system rehabilitation <br />projects to provide a plan for improving subsurface drainage facilities for <br />lower Arkansas river valley drainage districts in cooperation with <br />Southeast Colorado Resource Conservation & Development, Inc., <br />together with other local, state, and federal agencies. <br />(2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall <br />remain available for the designated purposes until the project is <br />completed. <br />SECTION 17. Continuation of the statewide water supply <br />initiative - appropriation. (I) In addition to any other appropriation, <br />there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water <br />conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the <br />Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal vear belrinning Julv 1. <br />2005. the sum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), or so much <br />thereof as may be necessary, for the board to continue activities <br />associated with the on-going implementation of the statewide water <br />supply e~~~;rli!~mi~~ml.m~lg~i.ig!l~i~tI.~;I. <br /> <br />-11- <br /> <br />084 <br />
