5 SECTION 14. Republican river water conservation district
6 operations - appropriation. (1) In addition to any other appropriation,
7 there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water
8 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the
9 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning Julv L
10 2005. the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or so much thereof as
11 maybe necessary, to support the Republican river water conservation
12 district in undertaking projects and studies vital to assisting the state of
13 Colorado in meeting Republican river compact compliance and to sustain
14 water resources within the Republican river basin.
15. (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
16 remain available for the designated purposes until they are fully
17 expended.
18 SECTION 15. Oak creek reservoir feasibility study -
19 appropriation. (I) In addition to any other appropriation, there is
20 hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water
21 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the
22 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning Julv L
23 2005. the sum of one hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($167,000),
24 or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the board to participate with
25 the city ofFlorence, Colorado, in the Oak creek reservoir feasibility study
26 to be prepared by the United States army corps of engineers. Other
27 participating entities include the town of Coal Creek, the town of
