Republican river water conservation district <br />6 operations - appropriation. (1) In addition to any other appropriation, <br />7 there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water <br />8 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the <br />9 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning Julv L <br />10 2005. the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or so much thereof as <br />11 maybe necessary, to support the Republican river water conservation <br />12 district in undertaking projects and studies vital to assisting the state of <br />13 Colorado in meeting Republican river compact compliance and to sustain <br />14 water resources within the Republican river basin. <br />15. (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall <br />16 remain available for the designated purposes until they are fully <br />17 expended. <br />18 SECTION 15. Oak creek reservoir feasibility study - <br />19 appropriation. (I) In addition to any other appropriation, there is <br />20 hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water <br />21 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the <br />22 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning Julv L <br />23 2005. the sum of one hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($167,000), <br />24 or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the board to participate with <br />25 the city ofFlorence, Colorado, in the Oak creek reservoir feasibility study <br />26 to be prepared by the United States army corps of engineers.
