The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of <br />4 this section shall remain available for the designated purposes until the <br />5 project is completed. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />SECTION 10. Continuation of the weather modification <br /> <br />7 program - appropriation. (1) In addition to any other appropriation, <br />8 there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water <br />9 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the <br />10 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal vear beginning Julv 1. <br />11 2005. the swn of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000), or so much thereof as <br />12 may be necessary, for the board to continue to assist water conservation <br />13 districts, water conservancy districts, and other water providers with the <br /> <br />14 <br />15 <br /> <br />development of cloud seeding programs that provide benefits to <br />recreation, streams, and reservoirs through snowpack enhancement. <br /> <br />16 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to <br />17 amounts appropriated previously for the weather modification program. <br />18 The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall remain <br />19 available for the designated purposes until the project is completed. <br />20 SECTION 11. Enhanced snowpack assessment program - <br />21 appropriation; (I) In addition to any other appropriation, there is <br />22 hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water <br />23 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the <br />24 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning Julv 1. <br />25 2005. the swn of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), or so much <br />26 thereof as may be necessary, for the board to collaborate with the United <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />States bureau of reclamation on an enhanced snowpack asses.sment <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />084 <br />
