1 is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water
2 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the
3 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning July L
4 2005. the sum of two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000),
5 or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the board to continue
6 development, operation, and maintenance of the Colorado water
7 conservation board document imaging system, and to provide adequate
8 space and equipment for an accessible up-to-date training center for the
9 Colorado decision support system and a library of bound and imaged
10 water resource documents known as the water resource information
II center as authorized through HB93-1273.
12 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to
13 amounts appropriated previously for the Colorado water conservation
14 board water resource information center. The moneys appropriated in
15 subsection (I) of this section shall remain available for the designated
16 purposes until the project is completed.
17 SECTION 9. Continuation of the Colorado floodplain map
18 modernization - appropriation. (1) In addition to any other
19 appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the
20 Colorado water conservation board construction fund not otherwise
21 appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal
22 vear beginning July L 2005. the sum of two hundred fifty Ihousand
23 dollars ($250,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the board
24 to continue to assist with the preparation of revised and improved
25 . floodplain studies and maps for communities throughout Colorado and
26 participate in federally sponsored floodplain map modernization
27 activities.
