3 2005. the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or so much thereof as
4 may be necessary, for engineering support services to assist staff in
5 conducting technical analysis and providing expert testimony needed to
6 resolve or defend existing in-stream flow water rights, establish new
7 in-stream flow appropriations, and change the use of acquired water
8 rights for in-stream flow use.
9 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
]0 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
11 completed.
12 SECTION 7. Continuation ofthe South Platte decision support
13 system - appropriation. (1) In addition to any otherappropriation, there
14 is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water .
15 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the
16 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning Julv 1.
]7 2005. the sum of one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000),
]8 or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the board to continue
19 development of the South Platte decision support system.
20 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to
21 amounts appropriated previously for the South Platte decision support
22 system. The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
23 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
24 completed.
25 SECTION 8. Continuation ofthe Colorado water conservation
26 board document imaging system and integrated water information
27 center - appropriation. (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there .
