Legislation recommended by the committee <br />shall be treated as legislation recommended by any other interim <br />committee for p!llPoses of any introduction deadlines of bill limitations <br />imposed by the Jomt Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives. <br /> <br />t71 That the committee shall meet no more than six times <br />beginniiig in July 2005 during the 2005 interim. Each meeting of the <br />committee shall include' an opportunity for public comment on items <br />related to the committee's agenda. The first meeting shall be a planning <br />meeting held in Denver and shall include, but not be limited to, <br />representatives of the groups known as Action 22, Club 20, and <br />Progressive 15. One meeting shall be held in each of the four geographic <br />quadrants of the state. A final meeting to discuss firidings and <br />recommendations and any recommended legislation shall be held in <br />Denver and shall include, but not be limited to, agricultural groups, <br />environmental groups, tourism groups, and mining groups. <br /> <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />1055 <br />
