(9} That the Legislative Council Staff and the Office of
Legislative Legal Services shall be available to assist the committee in
carrying out its duties.

[~J)J That the committee shall submit written findings and
recom.mendations and any recommended legislation to the Legtslative
Council no later than November 15, 2005. Legislation recommended by
the committee shall be subject to the interim committee deadlines
pursuantto the joint rules of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
