Smith gave <br />statements and explanation regarding this Resolution. <br /> <br />After a short discussion on what action should <br />be taken by the Board in regard to the above Resolution, <br />the following motion was made: <br /> <br />MR. PETERSON: <br /> <br />"I move that the records show that <br />this Resolution has been received and <br />filed with the Board and that a letter <br />to this effect be directed to the Colo- <br />rado River Water Conservation District." <br /> <br />J{R.
