" <br /> <br />"As far as Castlewood, this thing is <br />authorized and all we are doing is recommend- <br />ing this change in functions." <br /> <br />"We'd help you though if we take a stand <br />on where your studies are going to go or what <br />you are going to do." <br /> <br />"At the present time we submitted the <br />report for advance review; and the report went <br />to the board early this month - to the Board <br />of Engineers for Rivers and Harbors for advance <br />review. The official transmittal hasn't gone <br />forward yet. It's still within the district. <br />As soon as the Environmental Impact Statement <br />nas been reviewed and we receive comments, we <br />will submit the Environmental Impact Statement <br />and the report through channels to our higher <br />authorities, with the idea that we are trying <br />to get this thing reviewed and into an omnibus <br />bill this fiscal year - this calendar year, <br />that is." <br /> <br />"What do you want this board to do?" <br /> <br />"I feel that if we could get an endorse- <br />ment of portions of the plan. it would be <br />helpful during this review procedure." <br /> <br />-31- <br />
