<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />· Formulation of the Users Procedures <br />· Soliciting the Buy-in by Agency Representatives and Users <br /> <br />C. Qualifications of the Project Team - To further assist the State in the contractor <br />selection process, it shall be a requirement that the qualifications and expertise for all the <br />project team members and any sub-contractors addressed in the preparation of the SOQ. <br />The individual team member's participation in the project should be explained and what <br />their respective roles are in the performance of the of the project tasks as outlined in the <br />Study Approach. <br /> <br />D. 30- Month Study Schedule for the Performance of the Project - The Contractor shall <br />perform all the contracted services and tasks within a thirty month time schedule. A <br />project performance schedule should be including in the SOQ. The schedule can be <br />amended during final contract negotiations with the selected contractor. The contract <br />time will commence upon the receipt of a fully executed contract. <br /> <br />9. STUDY ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The State will prepare the contract for the performance of the tasks as outlined in the final <br />"Scope of Work" and the contractor's "Statement of Qualifications". The project contract <br />will be managed in the following manner: <br /> <br />A. State Management Team <br />Project Manager shall be a representative from the Division of Water Resources. <br />Project Sponsor shall be the Colorado Water Conservation Board who will appoint an <br />Administrator to review the progress of the project. <br /> <br />B. Contractor Management Team <br />The Contractor shall designate a Project Manager and other management members as <br />needed to fully perform the provisions and requirements of the study contract. <br /> <br />C. Method of Reviewing Performance by the Contractor <br />The State will select a technical committee who will assist with project oversight and <br />provide additional guidance in the performance of the provisions and terms of the <br />contract. <br /> <br />D. Ownership of Data <br />The ownership of all data, drawings, special software, computer files, and other related <br />information that is collected, acquired, developed, and obtained under the terms of the <br />final, fully executed contract including any change orders shall be vested with the State. <br /> <br />7 <br />
