SB 01S2-Impact Fees Approved <br /> <br />The language of these and other bills can be reviewed at ~w.state.co.us/gOV dir/state1eg.html <br /> <br />Water Legislation Review Committee: The Water Legislation Review Committee met on Oct 1 to discuss <br />proposed legislation and met again on Oct. 23 in to diacuss the Rocky Ford Water Transfer and the NPS's <br />Black Canyon of the Gunnison Reserved Water Right claims. <br /> <br />The Committee proposed three bills: a bill to make the Committee permanent, a bill to change irrigation <br />district law and a bill recommending more funding fot the Native Species Conservation Trust Fund. <br /> <br />The Committee agreed to send a letter to Secretary NClrton regarding the National PllI:k Service's water rights <br />claims.
