It was moved by Judge O'Rourke and seconded by Mr. Aspine.ll

in me.king gmeral inveatigatiClll far pla:a of canprehensive develoflllent
in the Colorado River Basin in Colorado that the $175.000 now
available first be used in oanpleting the investigatiClll and report
on the ten West 'Slope Projeots; that out of any other funds remaining
in the $175,000 now available to the Bureau that a general study be made
of the Little Snake area and the San Jusn area lihere interstate pro-
blems are involved; that the Bureau follow suoh study 1li th a general
investigation of all possible projeots and _ter 'utilization develop- I
ment in the Colarado River Basin and that consideration be given to a 1
study of the proposed Gunnison-Arkansas translRounte.:i.n Diversion, sw:h
study of transmountain diversion to follow the necessary e.greement between
the West Slope and the East Slope interevts UpOll fue plan of proteotive
measure for present llIId future uses of water in Western Colorado.
