<br />Memo to: Members, CWCB <br />January 4, 1983 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />The CWCB filed Statements of Opposition in these two cases. <br />After a detailed review of the applications the staff withdrew <br />the Statements of Opoosition, because there was no injury to the <br />Board's instream [low right. <br /> <br />Case #6-79CW220 Watson Creek <br /> <br />The Board filed for an instream flow right on Watson Creek <br />in Water Division 6 in Routt County. <br /> <br />At the suggestion of the Division 6 Engineer, Wes Signs, we <br />re-evaluated the data upon which the application was based. <br />Because of technical problems with the data, the staff withdrew <br />this application for the instream flow right on Watson Creek. <br />After additional data is obtained by the DOi, another filing may <br />be made. <br /> <br />gl <br />
