1. and for the growth, maintenance, and general welfare of the
2. state, it is unlawful for any person to divert, carry, or
3. transport by ditches, canals, pipelines, conduits, or any
4. other manner any of the ground waters of this state, as said
5. waters are in this sect ion def ined, into any other state for
6. use therein EXCEPT I\S PROVIDED IN SECTION 37-81-101.
7. SECTION 3. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby
8. finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary
9. immediate preservation of the public peace, health,
10. and safety.
