At the end <br />of the street, at the base of Dixon Dam is the <br />Engineering Research Center. Faculty members <br />will be there at 1:45 to greet you, take you <br />on tour, as you arrive, in small groups. That's <br />at the west end of the building. MOSES: <br /> <br />"'Phillip PascalI Smith was born November <br />3, 1908, and died February 22, 1968. <br /> <br />A graduate of the Utah State Agricultural <br />College with a degree in Civil Engineering, he <br />was employed by the Corps of Engineers for 13 <br />years and by the Bureau of Reclamation for 14 <br />years before becoming, in 1956, the Secretary- <br />Engineer of the Colorado River Water Conserva- <br />tion District, headquartered at Glenwood Springs. <br />He was living at Glenwood Springs at the time <br />of his death. <br />
