<br />, , <br />'," J ~ . <br /> <br />deadline will not be entitled to make a Scheduled Oral Presentation, as described below. <br />Comments submitted on or before February 6, 2004 by the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy <br />District and Trout Unlimited on Rule 6g. are considered to apply to this rulemaking proceeding <br />and do not need to be resubmitted or supplemented unless a party chooses to do so. On or before <br />June 9, 2004, the CWCB Staff may submit written comments to the CWCB and shall provide <br />copies of any comments it submits to all persons who have previously submitted written <br />comments, <br /> <br />Oral Presentations <br /> <br />The opportunity for two types of oral presentations will be available to the public, The <br />first, referred to as Scheduled Oral Presentation, will be assigned a 15 minute time period on the <br />agenda, (NOTE: Time may be reduced depending upon the number of people seeking a <br />Scheduled Oral Presentation,) The second, referred to as General Public Comment, will be <br />allowed three minutes or less (determined by the available time and number of speakers) and <br />scheduled on a "first come, first serve" basis, <br /> <br />Scheduled Oral Presentations are available for persons who deliver their written <br />comments to the CWCB on or before May 26, 2004 and who attend the June 30, 2004 prehearing <br />conference, and for Trout Unlimited and the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District based <br />upon their participation in the rulemaking proceeding originally scheduled for March 2004, If <br />either of those parties wishes to request a longer time slot to give comments on Rule 6i., that <br />party must attend the June 30, 2004 prehearing conference.
