<br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board meeting was reconvened at the Holiday Inn, 333
<br />Santa Fe Avenue, in Alamosa, at 8:10 a,m, on Monday, July 8, 1996, by Chairperson Eric
<br />Kuhn, Seven voting members were present so there was a quorum, Board members present
<br />were Eric Kuhn, Patricia Wells, David Harrison, David Smith, Ray Werner, Allen Davey,
<br />David Meyring, Jennifer Gimbel (representing the Attorney General), Will Burt
<br />(representing the State Engineer), Eddie Kochman (representing the Division of Wildlife),
<br />and Chuck Lile,
