place available to us and again thank you for
choosing Fort Morgan as your place to meet."

"Thank you very much, Ted.

The first order of business is the
approval of the minutes of the meeting of
July 18, 1964, which was held in Glenwood
Springs, a copy of which has been previously
submitted to the Board members. Are there
any additions or corrections to the minutes
as submitted? If not, I would entertain a
motion that they be approved as submitted."

"Mr. Chairman, I move that we approve the
minutes as submitted."

"Is there a second to that motion?"

"It has been regularly moved and seconded
that the minutes of the meeting of July 18th
of the Board as submitted be approved. All
those in favor will signify by saying 'aye';
opposed - the motion is so ordered.

I would at this time like to introduce
to you Mr. Dick Eckles. Mr. Eckles is the
head of the Natural Resources for the state
and a very valued member of Governor Love's
staff. We are glad to have you down here at
this important meeting."
