Bailey that the ~olorado Water Conservation <br />Boar~ authorizes Colorado representative~ om the Committee <br />of Sixteen, Co~orado River Basin, to sUbmi' the plan and <br />proposal for the use of water' front' the Colorado River System <br />ror use in Colorado, as revised and correotern by the Board <br />in aooordanoe- with the policies; agreect upo!:! by the Boardi <br />durimg the present meeting, to the Committee of Sirleen at the <br />meeting in Reno, Nevada on the 20th of July, 1944; and tha't <br />auoh proposal, as revise&and corrected, be attached hereto <br />and~ made a par't of the Iminutes;. <br /> <br />'The motion wail' unanimous 1;' carried! and declared passed. <br /> <br />It walt moved by Direotor Stone and seconded by MisS' Pointer <br />that the Board; express; i ts thanks to John C. Director <br />tone reported upon the hearings, which had been had in Washington by the Facilitiea <br />Review, Committee of the War Produotion Board. He pointedi out that the Sanators, <br />and Congressmen together' wi th himself and l1r. Dillie:ollad appeared before the <br />'rF'aoilities; Review' Committee and urged that this- projeot be released for ccnstruction <br />;'Dut that the a9plication had been finally denied. 'In conneotion with this projeot, <br />~Judge O'Rou1r~ stated that there were certai~ interstate features between Colorado <br />'and Naw!Lexico which were in the prooessof being adjusted.
