The erfects of the administration of the Bureau 0 r Rec:!.amation .8>Otivi tieS' <br />under the region now established on the water development program of 'the State of <br />Colcrado was discussed. It was pointed, out that under the authorized regions, Colorado <br />was divided into three region$ with headquarters at Salt Lake City, Utah, Amarillo, <br />Texas and Billings, Montana. It was the unanimous expression of the members of the <br />Board! that the present. set-up would adversely affect the reclema.tion program in the <br />State ~d-o-that an efrort should be made to, seoure the authorization or a new region, <br />w~headquarters at Denver, Colorado, for the purpose or expediting project planning, <br />investigation, construction and operation. <br /> <br />
