Well, thank you
very much, Mr. Odell, we'll look forward to
your reports at the meetings from now on
whiCh we will appreciate very much.

I

We'll now have 11r. Ray Moses, the
Attorney for the Board, give us his report.
Mr. Moses."

MR. MOSES:

"This report is in keeping with the
length of time allotted for the meeting. The
activities have been routine. There was a
meeting day before yesterday on Mexican water
matters which I was unable to attend so I
can't report on that.

I moved to Boulder the 1st of September.
I hope that that will make it a little easier
for me to meet regularly with the Director
and be of more assistance to him than I have
been in the past.

We had a meeting of the Upper Colorado
River Commission Legal .Committee on Tuesday
ironing out some problems with one of our
sister states. I think it was a helpful
meeting.

I think you all know the Supreme Court
has ordered further oral arguments in the
case of Arizona against California due pri-
marily to change of personnel in the Court.
Originally those were set for October, now
they have been scheduled for November 13th -
to begin then - and I don't know yet how much
time has been allotted but I hope to be able
to attend those arguments as I did the ones
in January.

That's all I have to report, Mr. Chair-

I

man. II

MR. STAPLETON:

"Thank you, Mr. Moses.

We'll now call for just a brief word, not
