Review existing water supply studies related to the study objective <br /> <br />3. Inventory existing water rights, hydrologic data and water uses for the study area <br /> <br />4. Identify available geologic information for the study area <br /> <br />5. Identify available mapping and aerial photography in the study area <br /> <br />6. Meet with key water users and stakeholders to identify issues, problems and <br />opportunities <br /> <br />7. Define final study objective and scope of work <br /> <br />Task 2 - Overview of Lel!:aI and Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />I. Describe and discuss the South Platte River Compact, applicable Colorado <br />statutes and the Three-State Platte River Cooperative Agreement as they relate to <br />the study objective <br /> <br />2. Describe the key water rights considerations for the study area in terms of specific <br />water rights <br /> <br />3. Describe and discuss preliminary permitting considerations for potential <br />altemati ves <br /> <br />Task 3 - Identify Structural and Non-Structural Plan Elements <br /> <br />1. Conduct an inventory of reservoir and recharge sites and facilities that have been <br />identified in previous studies <br /> <br />2. Identify potential reservoir and recharge sites not evaluated in previous studies <br /> <br />3. Identify any necessary conveyance or pumping elements for identified facility <br />sites <br /> <br />4. Identify non-structural plan elements, which could be used in conjunction with or <br />to enhance the yield of identified facility sites <br />
