On our Narrows Unit, since our last
meeting we have sent the report to the com-
missioner revised to reflect the comment of
our previous draft by the state and all of
our field offices of our federal agencies.
That report is now in our Commissioner's
office and he is in the process of preparing
his report to go to the secretary of the
Interior and to the various federal agencies.
We hope to get that report out of the Com-
missioner's office within the next few days.

Information on the proposed operation
of the Narrows Unit was presented to the Colo-
rado Water Pollution Control commission at a
meeting on February 8, 1967.

with regard to the upper South Platte
unit, Missouri River Basin Project, the origi-
nal plan of preparing a report on the ~~o
Forks Dam and Reservoir followed by another
report on the remaining features of the Upper
South platte Unit has been revised. Instead,
one report covering all proposed features of
the unit, including power generating facili-
ties, will be prepared.

Studies showing the effects of Two Forks
Reservoir on the volume of flow in the South
platte River at the Denver sewer outfall were
completed. Rock testing by the Office of
the Chief Engineer continued.

We had essentially completed the esti-
mates of our road relocations which are
required in connection with the Two Forks
Dam and Reservoir and they are very signifi-
cant. We met with all of the agencies, in- I
eluding federal, local and state that are
concerned with those relocations and have
obtained tentative agreement with them on
the criteria used. We have our estimates
essentially completed for that. We are in
the process now of completing some of our
hydrologic studies. We have also recently
asked our Chief Engineer to prepare for us
