NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water
Conservation Board in regular meeting assembied in Craig, Colorado,
this 21st day of June 1974 that it does hereby designate and
approve as flood hazard areas those areas within the limits of the
100-year flood plain, as shown on sheets No. 1 through No. 15 of
the report, "Major Drainageway Planning, South Boulder Creek,
Volumes I and II, city of Boulder and Boulder county, Colorado,"
dated December 1973; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the previous flood plain
designation made by this Board on the 1st day of April 1970, in so
far as it pertains to South Boulder Creek, is herepy rescinded and
superseded by the redesignation contained herein; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board
is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the
city Council of Boulder, to the Board of County Commissioners of
~oulder county, and to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District.
