<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Craig, Colorado, <br />this 21st day of June 1974 that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as flood hazard areas those areas within the limits of the I <br />lOa-year flood plain, as shown on Plates III-I, III-la, 111-2, and <br />III-2a of the Water and Drainage at Niver Creek Phase B Report in <br />Adams County, cities of Federal Heights and Thornton, Colorado, <br />dated February 1974; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Adams county, to the city Councils <br />of Federal Heights and Thornton, and to the Urban Drainage and <br />Flood Control District. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Craig, Colorado, on the 2lst day of June 1974. <br /> <br />~t?g~~ <br /> <br />I <br />
