for which the state advanced $30,000. We have
$30,000 included in our appropriations this year
to match that amount, to complete certain studies
with reference to the use of water from Ruedi
Reservoir. This work is well under way. We
have completed our topographic surveys, founda-
tion drilling and other work at Missouri Heights
Reservoir, the storage unit for the Basalt Proj-
ect, and we are going ahead with that work.

On the Animas-La Plata Project, I see that
is an item for discussion so I will not go into
that matter. The Dolores Project is essentially
the same as reported to you at the last meeting.
Also there is no change that I know of on our
Bostwick Park, Fruitland Mesa and Savery-pot Hook
. proj ects .

Our work on the San ~tiguel Project, West
Divide Project. and Dallas Creek Project is about
on schedule. You will note that under the West
Divide Project we have changed a completion date
from 1965 to 1964. We hope to have our report
substantially completed in our office in fiscal
year 64, but I still believe it will be probably
65 before we can get a report out to the states
for the preliminary field review.

Other projects, the Yellow Jacket, Battlement
Mesa, Bluestone, and Grand Mesa, which are in the
process of investigation, I think our work is all
about on schedule and moving ahead quite well.

Moving down to the last item, Small Reclama-
tion Projects, the Orchard City Irrigation Dis-
trict has completed confirmation of the repayment
contract with us and are ready to go ahead with
their project. The last remaining thing to be
accomplished is to negotiate a contract for I
energy for pumping required for this project. As
yet, they have not been able to complete that con-
tract. We anticipate it will be done very shortly.
