As opp.osed .to mostofthe minimum streamflows that we look at <br />on these hydrographs, the minimums on these seem to be about the. <br />minimum flow and sometimes above the average flow. Is there a <br />difference in treatment :on this particular area as :opposed to what we <br />have been doing? <br /> <br />MR. HELTON: No, I don't believe there is. any difference at all. <br /> <br />MR. JACKSON: Unless I .am mistaken, most of the graphs I have seen So <br />far of .the minimum flow have been gen~rally at :or .under the minimum <br />flow as recorded by the guage. For ins tance, in the Piedra River the <br />flow is above the minimUm and right at the average in some cases. . I <br />don't think we have seen that before. <br /> <br />MR. HELTON: That may be a situation where we would like to recommend <br />that we put the recommendations into a summer flow and a winter flow. <br /> <br />. . <br />MR. JACKSON: I see. It doesn"t say that anywhere on there. <br /> <br />MR.
