MR. HELTON: I took it that Eagle County will carry that over as
preliminary.

MR. KROEGER: Eagle County was carried over as preliminary.

MR. HELTON: Either way, we will be able to make changes and meet with
the people.

MR. KROEGER: Okay. Is. there anything else on minimum streamflows? . .

Item 4 then is the consideration of floodplain reports. Larry, will
you handle that, please?

MR. SPARKS: Mr. Chairman, members of the board. All of these flood-
plain information reports have been prepared in accordance with
criteria issued by this board. In every case, they have been reviewed
quite thoroughly with the local authorities involved. In each case,
the local authorities. have requested this board to approve these
floodplain designations as required by statute. As far as we-know,
there is no controversy surrounding any of these designations.

MR. KROEGER: Okay. Does anybody from the board have any comments .on
any of the projects? There are seven of them before us today. Does
anybody from the audience wish to comment?
