It ls headed "The Presldentts <br />Water Resouroes Pollcy 00mmlss10n.' <br />IAs 18 generally known, the President bas app01nted a <br />temporary Water Resouroes Po11cy Comm1ss10n. fhls Commlsslon <br />has requested lnterested agents of the State of Colorado, In- <br />eluding the Colorado Water ConservatlonBoard, the Flsh and <br />Game Comm1ss10n, the Department of Agrlculture, and the Depart- <br />ment 01' Health, to file formal comments respecting Federal <br />water polic1es. fhe Dlrector has contaoted the other state <br />agencies mentioned and arrangements have been made whereby <br />these agenoles wll1 attempt to coord1nate the Colorado state- <br />ments. It 18 adv1sable that there should Dot be confl1cting <br />positions in this respect taken by different agencies of the <br />state. A meeting of these agenc1es 1n the very near tuture <br />for th1s purpose ls planned. Such a statement, when put ln <br />final tentative form, should be consldered by the Colorado <br />Water Conservat10n Board.
