<br />covered by the Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Species in the Platte River Basin and affected by
<br />the U,S, Forest Service Reserved Water Rights Claims for Water Division I (denied), It receives significant benefits
<br />from the Colorado Big Thompson Project.

<br />Two agricultural and two municipal grants have been issued through the Office of Water Conservation. The first
<br />municipal grant in the amount of$$IO,OOO to the city ofF!. Collins for an evaluation of organic additives project,
<br />and the other in the amount of $17,930 to the city of Loveland for a water audits and plumbing retrofit project. The
<br />first agricultural grant in the amount of$12,000 to the North Colorado Water Conservancy District for an
<br />interruptible supply contract study, and the other in the amount of$12,000 to the North Poudre Irrigation Company
<br />for a sediment transport modeling project. All four projects have been completed, The county has also participated
<br />in creating a water conservation plan.

<br />Instream Flow Water Rights appropriated exclusively in this county total 408 miles and 65 stream segments,

<br />The CWCB has installed a staff gage on Elkhom Creek to monitor instream flow water rights. This staff gage was
<br />installed as part of the "Adopt an Instream Flow Program" - a pilot project that involves monitoring instream flow
<br />rights with help from Colorado Trout Unlimited and the Colorado Division of Wildlife,

<br />This county has 34 Designated Floodplain Studies affecting 84 stream reaches. In regard to Flood Mitigation, there
<br />is one new flood project on Big Dry Creek, one recently completed on West Vine Drainage and three completed
