The county is also impacted by the <br />Colorado Ute Indian Water Rights settlement for which the Animas-LaPlata Project is the key to closure, <br /> <br />In this county there are three loans from the CWCB Construction Fund, of which one is completed in the amount of <br />$180,000. In regard to Flood Mitigation, four <br />studies have been completed, They also participate in the National Flood Insurance Program.
