Action: A motion was made by Janice Sheftel to give some instructions to the
attorneys. We voted this morning to authorize litigation if necessary.
We would further instruct the Attorney's Office to enter into a
stipulation in concept similar to the concept that was proposed to us
which included a reduction in the number of units that were
supportable and would be constructed pursuant--and utilize this water
right, that we would feel that there was no injury to the Board's water
right but we would recognize the full extent of the applicant's decreed
water right. The motion was seconded by and the
motion was passed unanimously (9-0).

seconded by David Smith and the motion was passed unanimously (7-
