With more than 19 years of <br />marketing and business management experience, Rule's <br />'expertise 6pans all aspects of strategic marketing <br />communications. <br /> <br />Advanced Marketing <br />Certification, University of <br />Northern Colorado, <br />(1994) , <br /> <br />Prior to fourtding Golden Rule Marketing in 1997, she served <br />as, general manager of two highly regarded marketing <br />communication firms, Hamilton Sweeney Advertising, Inc and <br />GCS Strategic Marketing. Rule was responsible for overseeing <br />day-to-day business management of the firms, while directing <br />strategic planning, integrated marketing plan development, research initiatives, media and <br />creative services for all clients. <br /> <br />B.S, - Business, Regis <br />University (1990) <br /> <br />Her experience spans federal, state, and local government to Fortune 100 and non-profit sectors. <br />She supervised the development of education and outreach programs for clients such as the <br />Denver Water Board, The City and County of Denver Department of Parks and Recreation, <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, U. S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency, Annie E. Casey Foundation, U. S, Department of Veteran's Affairs, Public Service <br />Company of Colorado/Xcel Energy, and U S WEST/Qwest. These clients needed multiple <br />services, including research (instrument design, focus group/survey execution and data <br />analysis); message development and constituent identification; public affairs and community <br />relations; media services (consumer, busines6 and trade advertising); collateral development <br />(brochures, fact sheets, briefing kits); meeting services (event planning and facilitation); <br />interactive media (video, website, databases); and direct marketing (database development, <br />direct mail, newsletters).
