<br />Section 1 <br />Project Team Minimum Qualifications (RFP Section 4.3) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sanjit Kundu <br /> <br />Mr. Sanjit Kundu of Resolution Research & Marketing, Inc. <br />(RRMI) will lead .the "Survey Development and Administration <br />Task". Mr. Kundu's expertise at RRMl spans all aspects of <br />market research and competitive intelligence studies, covering <br />the complete survey research and analysis process. For over six <br />years, he has directed more ,than 100 custom research projects, <br />from the initial. questionnaire and sampling design to data <br />collection to statistical analysis and reporting. His experience <br />runs the full gamut of, research methodologies, fucluding <br />telephone, Internet! E-mail, mail, fax; and in-person, including <br />the development and use of interactive databases and Internet web sites. <br /> <br />Years of Experience: 9 <br /> <br />Education <br /> <br />J.D, . University of Denver <br />College of Law (1998) <br /> <br />SA - Polltcal Science and <br />History, Duke University <br />(1991) <br /> <br />Mr. Kundu has been involved with a variety-"f governmental research projects, including <br />providing market research for Denver Water, the City and County of Denver, the Colorado <br />Springs Police Department, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br />Additionally, Mr. Kundu has an impressive and successful history of managing large-scale <br />survey development and administration projects, including those for ClGNA Health Care and <br />Tellme Networks. The ClGNA project involved conducting patient satisfaction studies over . <br />more than five years, with over 100,000 interviews, and the issuance of more than 20,000 pages <br />of reports. Telhne Networks entaUed gathering data from over 200,000 respondents in the <br />course of one year. " , <br /> <br />Recently, Mr. Kundu directed a complex study for Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) that <br />utilized similar skills thatwill be integral to the successful completion of the DPSCSA Project. <br />For CHW, Mr. Kundu's1eam designed and implemented a comprehensive customer <br />satisfaction evaluation program. Mr. Kundu worked with various departments and leaders of, <br />CHW to create the program, selecting appropriate research methodologies to achieve optimum <br />response rates, including a 100% census in some populations. Using in-person, telephone, and <br />web-based questionnaires, Mr. Kundu's team gathered and analyzed a variety of customer <br />information. The data sets were synthesized l1.cross all methodologies, tabulated by various <br />categories, and analyzed'using amyriadofstatisticalapproaches.
