River in 1964. At the present time we are re-
viewing our framework plan and we are endeavor-
ing to develop a specific project that will fit
into an overall comprehensive framework plan.
Some time next year we will be in a position to
meet with local interests and, of course, prior
to that time we will meet with the staff of the
Colorado Water Board. We'll have more informa-
tion to report to you, the Board, very soon; I
hope sometime by fall.

the upper Colorado River Commission, and, as a
result of that meeting, have been working on a
series of questions on the Upper Colorado River
